Registration is now closed. Email us if you wish to submit a late registration with immediate payment.

Fees

NOTE: early-bird period extended; no middle rate

Keynote, invited and honorary speakers have free registration — please obtain the special code that you need to register.

Please note, early bird rates apply to payment date, not date of registration.

The registration fee includes:

• welcome reception on the evening of Tuesday 5 December
• morning and afternoon teas during presentation sessions
• conference dinner on the evening of Friday 8 December

Additional tickets for the conference dinner may be purchased for $85.

Cancellation

In the event of you having to cancel your registration after payment, email us immediately. Refunds will only be made for cancellations received before 1 November and will be subject to a cancellation fee (normally $200). These will be made after the conference.
